Pharming Group N.V. will hold it’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 19 May 2021 at 16:00 CET.

In accordance with the precautionary measures invoked by the Dutch government due to the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, and with the health and safety of its shareholders and employees a priority, Pharming’s AGM will only be available via webcast.
